  • As a Business Development Manager for JobAuto, you will develop a new product offering targeting companies to help their employees switch to electric mobility through salary sacrifice benefits.

  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth opportunities for JobAuto, shaping and executing a winning growth strategy.
  • Define the JobAuto product vision and work with the Product team to implement new features.
  • Lead business planning and performance analysis, deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Pitch JobAuto to investors and customers, preparing materials and testing approaches.
  • Requirements Degree in business administration, technology management, or similar. 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment like a startup or top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias to action and solution-finding abilities.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
