About the role

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for corporate clients using Device-as-a-Service.

  • As a Customer Success Manager at everphone, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the Device-as-a-Service platform.
  • You will focus on building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B customers and ensure high retention rates.
  • Onboard new clients and drive product adoption across their organizations.

  • Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
