About the role
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for corporate clients using Device-as-a-Service.
- •As a Customer Success Manager at everphone, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the Device-as-a-Service platform.
- •You will focus on building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B customers and ensure high retention rates.
- •Onboard new clients and drive product adoption across their organizations.
- •Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
- •Act as a strategic advisor to help clients optimize their mobile infrastructure.
- •Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
- •Ability to analyze customer data to drive strategic decisions.
- •Experience working in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.
