- •This is a unique opportunity to join as the first Product Manager and shape the product direction from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap end-to-end, from ambiguous customer problems to well-scoped engineering work.
- •Translate company strategy into clear engineering boundaries and cohesive product streams.
- •Conduct user research, analyze customer conversations, and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- •Coach engineers on product thinking and raise the bar for product work at Solidroad.
- •Requirements At least 6 years of product experience, ideally in a startup or design-conscious B2B company.
- •Comfortable with both data analysis and customer conversations to drive decisions.
- •Strong product leadership experience, owning significant product areas from concept to launch.
- •Deep comfort with AI products and modern product methodologies.
