Drive lifecycle marketing campaigns to activate, engage, and retain Tutors on the Preply platform.

  • Preply is seeking a CRM Marketer to drive high-impact lifecycle marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns.
  • This role focuses on activating, engaging, and retaining Tutors to ensure their success on the platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, Push, and in-Product channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze CRM performance using tools like Looker and Amplitude to drive optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in CRM Marketing roles in large B2C tech or e-commerce companies.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-channel CRM lifecycle programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Proven experience with CRM tools and ESPs, including complex A/B testing.
