Software Engineer

• •Alumni Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer to solve complex business problems through thoughtful software design and practical engineering solutions.
• •You will work directly with finance, operations, and investment teams to build software powering investor reporting, fund operations, portfolio management, and internal business workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing applications.
• •Develop systems that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows.
• •Transform spreadsheet-based business processes into scalable software solutions.
• •Build and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems.
• •Partner directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• •Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• •Experience developing applications using Javascript/Node.js, Python, or both.
• •Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
