- •You'll be the sole product designer, working directly with the CEO, a PM, and an engineering team to bring clarity and simplicity to a complex fintech product.
- •Key Responsibilities Take ambiguous problem areas and turn them into simplified solutions Inject product thinking into fast-moving conversations Proactively seek out customer perspectives to inform your decisions Challenge assumptions with clear rationale Design flows across payments, underwriting, capital, and fintech infrastructure Requirements You can go from messy whiteboard idea → structured flow → polished solution You have strong communication skills You don't need perfect process to do great work You design fast without sacrificing coherence You've been the lone designer before (or wish you had been)
