About the role

Manage procurement of robot fleet components and spare parts, ensuring operational uptime.

  • As a Purchasing Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day procurement of components, spare parts, and consumables to ensure Coco's robot fleet remains operational.
  • You will be responsible for the entire purchase order lifecycle and building strong supplier relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities Create, issue, and track purchase orders for maintenance and repair components.
  • Manage open order books with suppliers, confirming pricing and lead times.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory levels and trigger replenishment.
  • Source and qualify new and alternate suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities with vendors.
  • Requirements 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Working knowledge of the purchase order lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
