- •As a Sales Development Representative in Agicap Italy, you are the beginning of revenue.
- •Without a pipeline, there is no growth, and without you, there is no pipeline.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Targeting: Work with an Operations Manager to build and assign lists of qualified companies by sector, revenue, and financial structure.
- •Outbound Prospecting: Use phone, email sequences, and LinkedIn to create personalized connections with the right people in target companies.
- •Discovery Call: Conduct calls with potential clients to understand their liquidity management, identify pain points, and assess fit, timing, and decision-makers.
- •Co-ownership of the Deal: Follow deals with Account Executives through the next phase, providing updates and support until closure.
- •Onboarding: Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program to learn about Agicap's sales process, solutions, and positioning.
- •Requirements Native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
- •Resilient, able to handle rejections and start fresh each day.
- •Disciplined, managing high volumes with method and consistency.
