- •As a Senior Rewards Analyst at Showpad, you will support strategic business units with a global footprint.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth analysis of market data and internal pay equity.
- •Manage the annual compensation planning and merit review process.
- •Lead the submission of data to various salary survey providers.
- •Support the governance of employee benefit plans.
- •Analyze industry trends and benchmarks to develop meaningful benefits packages.
- •5 years experience in a Rewards function, HR Controller function or as a Tax consultant in a Big 4 environment.
- •Operate with minimal supervision, taking ownership of complex projects.
- •Make data-driven decisions and provide strategic insights to optimize rewards programs.
- •Ability to operate in an international, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- •Ability to balance competing priorities.
