Investor Onboarding Associate

Support investor onboarding across multiple markets, especially Germany.

• •Support investor onboarding across multiple markets, especially Germany, by managing documentation, communication, and compliance pre-checks.
• •Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle onboarding from initial Investor introduction to post-signature documentation upload and AMLO/Fund Manager handoff Assign documentation and manage investor email communications and follow-ups Conduct initial AML pre-checks: interpret document completeness, identify UBOs, check proof-of-address timelines, and flag edge cases to AMLOs Assist in preparing case files for AMLO review and maintaining risk documentation records Track onboarding progress via internal tools and proactively flag delays, blockers, or required clarifications to internal teams Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Fintech or banking operations, KYB/CDD checks or AML processes, Customer support involving complex documentation handling Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks Strong communication skills, especially in writing Proactive, process-oriented, and dependable Able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities Comfortable working across multiple tools & systems like CRMs, communication tools, and databases English fluency required; Advanced German is a strong plus
