Manage and grow Renaissance Learning’s products and services within an assigned territory.
- •The Account Manager II is responsible for managing and selling Renaissance Learning’s products and services within an assigned territory, achieving revenue goals through prospecting, new business, customer renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- •This role involves cultivating long-term customer relationships and maintaining high renewal rates.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive new business, cross/up-sell, and renewal opportunities by engaging multiple decision-makers.
- •Sell solutions aligned to customers’ unique problems and strategic objectives through consultative selling.
- •Manage and grow assigned book of business to exceed revenue goals.
- •Build rapport based on factual accuracy and expertise.
- •Requirements Meaningful sales experience with developing expertise in customer relationship management.
- •Deep knowledge of the K-12 education space, including administrative roles, funding, and purchasing processes.
- •Strong technical knowledge of common tools and trends in the ed tech space.
- •Ability to travel occasionally within North Texas for customer engagements.
