Manage and grow Renaissance Learning’s products and services within an assigned territory.

  • The Account Manager II is responsible for managing and selling Renaissance Learning’s products and services within an assigned territory, achieving revenue goals through prospecting, new business, customer renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • This role involves cultivating long-term customer relationships and maintaining high renewal rates.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive new business, cross/up-sell, and renewal opportunities by engaging multiple decision-makers.
  • Sell solutions aligned to customers’ unique problems and strategic objectives through consultative selling.
  • Manage and grow assigned book of business to exceed revenue goals.
  • Build rapport based on factual accuracy and expertise.
  • Requirements Meaningful sales experience with developing expertise in customer relationship management.
  • Deep knowledge of the K-12 education space, including administrative roles, funding, and purchasing processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of common tools and trends in the ed tech space.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within North Texas for customer engagements.
