  • Strategic Customer Success Engineer, you will bridge the gap between customer expectations and FOSSA's technical delivery.
  • You'll handle complex technical challenges, helping enterprise customers manage open-source licenses and vulnerabilities within their software supply chain.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead technical consulting for M&A activities and code audits.
  • Own technical accountability for a strategic set of customers and drive integration strategy.
  • Deploy FOSSA within diverse customer build environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve defects and influence the roadmap.
  • Requirements Proven experience with Kubernetes and private/on-prem SaaS deployments.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Perl.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and technical project documentation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
