About the role
Bridge customer expectations with technical delivery for open-source management.
- •Strategic Customer Success Engineer, you will bridge the gap between customer expectations and FOSSA's technical delivery.
- •You'll handle complex technical challenges, helping enterprise customers manage open-source licenses and vulnerabilities within their software supply chain.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical consulting for M&A activities and code audits.
- •Own technical accountability for a strategic set of customers and drive integration strategy.
- •Deploy FOSSA within diverse customer build environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- •Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve defects and influence the roadmap.
- •Requirements Proven experience with Kubernetes and private/on-prem SaaS deployments.
- •Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Perl.
- •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and technical project documentation.
- •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
