- •As a Client Success Manager, you will create an unparalleled client experience by providing strategic partnership and tailored solutions for their book of accounts.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- •Take ownership of your clients throughout all phases of their relationship with Array.
- •Proactively problem solve for your clients by resolving or anticipating issues.
- •Identify, pursue, and lead complex growth opportunities based on strong previous performance and client relationships.
- •Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B Client Success roles, owning a book of strategic accounts and being responsible for client health, retention and revenue growth.
- •A proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships, preferably within the financial sector.
- •Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of growing and retaining accounts via excellent client service.
