• •Key Responsibilities Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across key channels Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards Test channels, creative, and audiences to validate ROI Build repeatable systems that support predictable growth Recruit and lead a high-performing growth team Requirements 8-10+ years in growth marketing, with deep experience in paid acquisition Demonstrated success growing digital acquisition programs across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging channels Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead teams through rapid growth Strong command of analytics tools and the ability to translate insights into strategy and execution Track record of working effectively with Product, Design, and Data teams to align marketing with customer experience
