- •Customer Support Engineers assist customers using Contentful to build digital experiences.

- •Key Responsibilities Work with customers to resolve Contentful-related issues.
- •Identify and research issues through ticket-based assistance.
- •Escalate issues to the Engineering team when necessary.
- •Provide assistance and ensure customer needs are addressed.

- •Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Support and/or Customer-facing processes.
- •Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations.
- •Software development exposure/troubleshooting experience in supported languages.
