About the role
Lead technical pre-sales conversations to address security and integration concerns.
- •The Technical Solutions Consultant leads technical pre-sales conversations with prospect IT, InfoSec and architecture teams to address security, authentication, integrations and platform concerns to accelerate approval and procurement.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discussions and workshops with prospect IT, InfoSec, and technical architects.
- •Respond to RFI/RFP and InfoSec questionnaires and produce technical content.
- •Map customer technical/security requirements to platform capabilities and risks.
- •Support implementation conversations for APIs and connectors with customer dev teams.
- •Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Customer Success and Legal teams.
- •Requirements Experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering supporting enterprise deals.
- •Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization (SSO, SAML, OAuth, IAM, MFA).
- •Familiarity with security assessments, penetration testing and security certifications (e.g., SOC 2).
- •Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders (CTO/CISO/CIO).
