Forward-Deployed Engineer (CoE)

• •The Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) role focuses on end-to-end project delivery and customer success, using AI to automate complex business workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead technical deep-dive sessions with clients to map their data landscapes and business processes to AI workflows.
• •Build, deploy, and maintain custom multi-agent AI systems using Python and Tessera’s AI tools.
• •Analyze, clean, and transform customer data to power live AI workflows.
• •Act as the primary technical liaison for our largest clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• •Gather deep, real-world insights from long-term client engagements and share feedback with the Product and Engineering teams.
• •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a related field.
• •Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• •Proven experience executing or supporting complex data migration projects.
• •Hands-on experience building new integrations with edge systems.
