• •Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of strategic events and projects, from initial concept through to on-site execution and post-event evaluation Plan and coordinate Helsing’s exhibition presence and key activations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximise brand impact Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all logistical and operational requirements are delivered seamlessly Requirements Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering a wide range of high-quality events and exhibitions Take full responsibility for complex projects, guiding them seamlessly from conception to successful completion Communicate clearly and build robust, collaborative relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
