Senior Fullstack Engineer to build and evolve Spotify's internal planning platform, Groove.
- •The Platform team at Spotify builds the technology that enables rapid growth and scalability for millions of users globally.
- •This role focuses on developing Groove, a platform that streamlines planning, coordination, and delivery of work across the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and evolve the Groove fullstack platform for planning, collaboration, and execution.
- •Design and deliver features for initiative tracking, planning workflows, and dependency management.
- •Work across the full stack using React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and GKE.
- •Partner with product managers and designers to create intuitive user experiences.
- •Ensure reliability through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience building scalable fullstack applications.
- •Comfort working across frontend and backend technologies.
- •Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and modern web application architecture.
- •Ownership of software from implementation through production health.
- •Experience designing systems and influencing technical direction.
