Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer (SRE Enablement)

Design and maintain infrastructure for Menlo Security's platform.

• •Platform Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for building and operating Menlo Security's Infrastructure Platform.
• •We enable our customers to connect to the Internet without compromise.
• •Our environment provides services globally, expects failure, builds security in by design, creates evolvable systems, and enables multi-tenancy across the infrastructure.

• •Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain VM and Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP and AWS.
• •Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform modules.
• •Build and maintain comprehensive observability solutions using Grafana Cloud, Prometheus/Mimir, and OTel collectors.
• •Identify and eliminate toil through automation.
• •Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• •Requirements Proficiency in common programming & scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
