Advise biotech and pharmaceutical companies on protein optimization projects using Cradle’s platform.

• •As a Scientific Advisor, you will ensure customers achieve success with Cradle’s software and services.
• •You’ll advise biotech and pharmaceutical companies on protein optimization projects.
• •Key Responsibilities Advise on identifying protein optimization projects suitable for the Cradle platform.
• •Translate scientific goals into objectives for the Cradle platform.
• •Ensure quality and formatting of customer data for machine learning.
• •Train customers to use Cradle’s platform.
• •Collaborate with engineering to ensure optimal protein designs.
• •Requirements PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in biopharma in a scientific role in protein engineering, focusing on antibodies.
• •Deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical R&D process, methods, and tooling.
• •Excellent analytical and communication skills.
