Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Owns fintech strategy and partnerships, managing relationships and technical implementations.

• •Key Responsibilities Own Benepass' fintech stack strategy, including build vs. partner decisions, across multiple time horizons Manage and deepen relationships with key partners Ensure existing integrations are stable, scalable, and fully utilized Requirements 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time building fintech products Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including card issuance, processors, payment rails, and bank cores Experience working directly with BaaS partners
