About the role
Own customer technical deployments and ensure successful production rollouts.
- •Owner of technical success for new customers, leading deployments from kickoff through production and early expansion while coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end customer deployment journeys and maintain deployment plans.
- •Serve as primary technical contact, translating between customer engineering and internal teams.
- •Lead architecture and integration discussions for scale, security, and reliability.
- •Troubleshoot integrations, authentication flows, APIs, and data pipelines to resolution.
- •Develop reusable playbooks and partner with Sales/CS for expansion handoffs.
- •Requirements 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM/SE/implementation).
- •Comfort with reading code, APIs, auth, command line, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- •Familiarity with REST/webhooks, SSO/SAML/OIDC, containerization, CI/CD.
- •Project management instincts and strong communication skills.
