- •Key Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding, ramp-up, and the full contract lifecycle.
- •Identify upsell and expansion opportunities using structured playbooks.
- •Maintain customer records and track interactions within HubSpot.
- •Implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty.
- •Requirements Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- •Strong relationship management and analytical problem-solving skills.
- •College or university degree or equivalent work experience.
- •Experience with SaaS products or the background check industry is preferred.
