Senior GTM Manager, Allied Health

Drive execution against profitability and unit economics goals for Stepful's Allied Health portfolio.

• •As Senior GTM Manager, you will own key special projects to scale Stepful's Allied Health portfolio, becoming a subject-matter expert and experimenting with solutions for profitable growth.
• •You will work cross-functionally to build a key pillar of Stepful's growth story.
• •Key Responsibilities Support program performance by driving execution against profitability and unit economics goals.
• •Partner with functional leaders to build and maintain program-level scorecards.
• •Execute against a program roadmap, surfacing insights and risks to inform decision-making.
• •Facilitate coordination across Sales, CS, Learning, and Ops to ensure alignment on program priorities.
• •Prepare program performance updates and insights for senior leadership reviews.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience, including in an operational role at a high-growth startup.
• •Passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education.
• •Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving.
