Experienced Senior Software Engineer for 10-month FTC role.

• •We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join us on a 10-month parental leave cover.
• •You'll ship features that directly help the employees of our enterprise clients find the right support at the right time, leveraging AI-assisted development practices.
• •Key Responsibilities Ship features end-to-end, from design to production monitoring.
• •Own the design for delivered features, making pragmatic architectural choices.
• •Ensure reliability by responding to incidents, improving observability, and upholding security.
• •Improve existing codebases by tackling tech debt and upgrading dependencies.
• •Embed AI into the development workflow using Claude Code.
• •Requirements Backend-leaning but comfortable full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, and SQL.
• •Ability to build reliable, performant, secure, and observable products.
• •Comfort with ambiguity and finding lean, viable solutions.
