• •Benchling seeks an Enterprise Solutions Architect to advise enterprise biotech customers, design tailored Benchling solutions, and lead complex global implementations.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live and adoption Architect solutions aligned to customers' IT strategy and data architecture standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to translate requirements into technical solutions Support Sales in technical deal strategy and orchestrate global deployments Requirements 5-10+ years combined biotech/pharma and scientific software implementation experience Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field Proven track record leading global enterprise implementation teams (Benchling experience preferred) Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
