- •Carbon Direct is seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs across channels.
- •This role owns the full digital ecosystem
- •from audience segmentation, creative trafficking, and campaign execution to measurement, optimization, and reporting.
- •You will drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand among priority audiences, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Build lifecycle, nurture, newsletter, and one-off campaigns with strong segmentation and QA.
- •Manage budgets and pacing across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- •Support landing page builds, CMS updates, and form optimization.
- •Requirements Deep channel expertise.
- •Strong marketing operations skills.
- •Ability to collaborate across content, design, strategy and operations, revenue, and product teams.
