Vendor Sourcing Specialist (12 Month Contract)

Sourcing and managing vendors for Achievers' marketplace.

• •The Vendor Sourcing Specialist will source, negotiate, contract, and onboard vendors for Achievers' marketplace, and manage vendor relationships post-launch while ensuring cross-functional compliance.
• •Key Responsibilities Source and assess vendors aligned to strategic direction and market needs.
• •Lead negotiations and contract execution with vendors.
• •Coordinate with Information Security, Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders for compliance.
• •Own vendor relationships post-launch and manage onboarding with Vendor Onboarding Specialist.
• •Provide market trend feedback and improve sourcing processes.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5+ years in vendor sourcing, procurement, or similar roles.
• •Proven negotiation and vendor management experience.
• •Strong contract management and legal compliance understanding.
• •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
