- •We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets.
- •This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy
- •you will own campaign performance end-to-end, work cross-functionally with global teams, and bring a data-driven point of view to every decision.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok and other Global platforms for multiple international markets Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team Build and maintain campaign reports and creative performance analysis Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale with measurable results Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, async environment Professional English proficiency
