  • AMBOSS is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth across Latin America.
  • This role involves developing and executing localized marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies for LATAM.
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure alignment and build scalable best practices.
  • Requirements 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Latin America.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies with localized messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data.
