• •This role focuses on creating the developer-productivity substrate for engineers and AI agents, ensuring fast, reliable systems for building, testing, and shipping software.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the local developer experience, including devboxes, local DBs, and Docker workflows.
• •Improve build, test, and CI systems for faster, more reliable feedback loops.
• •Build verification infrastructure for high-risk workflows and agent-generated code.
• •Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience with Staff-level impact.
• •Deep experience building developer productivity, platform, CI, test, or internal tooling systems.
• •Strong backend/platform fundamentals in TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or similar.
