Support store leadership with operations and drive sales.

  • As an Assistant Store Manager at Mejuri, you'll support the store leadership team with day-to-day operations and drive sales.
  • Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing store performance and driving sales.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience and uphold Mejuri's Steps of Selling.
  • Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with Operations teams to hold successful inventory and cycle counts.
  • Manage the back of house flow to support in-store sales and order fulfillment.
  • Requirements Passion for operational efficiency and team engagement.
  • Experience in retail leadership and team management.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks.
