- •As an Assistant Store Manager at Mejuri, you'll support the store leadership team with day-to-day operations and drive sales.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing store performance and driving sales.
- •Ensure an excellent customer experience and uphold Mejuri's Steps of Selling.
- •Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- •Partner with Operations teams to hold successful inventory and cycle counts.
- •Manage the back of house flow to support in-store sales and order fulfillment.

- •Experience in retail leadership and team management.
- •Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
