- •Key Responsibilities Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions Map complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles Strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures Confident communicator with technical teams and senior stakeholders Consultative, advisory approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments
