Staff Software Engineer, DBE

Staff Software Engineer to build and scale data platforms with a focus on reliability and automation.

• •Clari + Salesloft is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, DBE to be a key member of their fast-growing team in India.
• •You will help realize the vision of a "Data Platform as a Service" by working on database reliability, cloud automation, and data integrity to scale their DataHub to Petabyte Scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and scale RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
• •Lead large, cross-functional projects for data persistence, migration, and scaling.
• •Build automation and tooling (Infrastructure as Code) to improve engineering efficiency.
• •Maintain, protect, and grow data resources, owning high-availability solutions, backups, and disaster recovery.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience building and managing large-scale, business-critical, high-throughput stateful applications in the cloud (AWS/GCP).
• •Expertise in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Amazon Aurora) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB).
• •Expert-level experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• •Ability to code in Python or Java, with solid shell scripting skills.
