About the role
Design subscription and monetization experiences to drive sign-ups and revenue.
- •Design end-to-end subscription and monetization experiences to drive sign-ups, retention, and revenue for consumer and platform products through data-driven UX and experimentation.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead growth UX for subscription products across web and mobile.
- •Design high-conversion flows: pricing, checkout, billing, onboarding, retention and win-back.
- •Run user research and A/B testing to inform experiments and iterate on designs.
- •Collaborate with growth, product, engineering, and revenue stakeholders.
- •Maintain and evolve subscription-related design-system components.
- •Requirements 3–7+ years UX design experience focused on growth, subscriptions, or monetization.
- •Strong portfolio with case studies showing measurable business outcomes.
- •Mastery of Figma and familiarity with FigJam/Miro and advanced prototyping tools.
- •Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and A/B test interpretation.
