• •Key Responsibilities Translate business challenges into clear requirements and scalable system designs Lead working sessions and solution design reviews with cross-functional stakeholders Architect and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the revenue tech stack Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for business users Requirements Certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience Demonstrated experience with multi-platform CRM and operations ecosystems Strong SQL and relational data fundamentals
