About the role
TL;DR
Manage client implementation projects and coordinate project activities for Adyen's payment platform.
- •As a Project Operations Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping bring clients live on the Adyen platform, supporting the delivery of client implementations across various payment solutions.
- •You’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to keep projects moving.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of client implementation projects.
- •Coordinate project activities across a varying portfolio of projects.
- •Work closely with clients’ project and technical teams, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners.
- •Design project planning, scheduling, documentation, and status tracking.
- •Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to internal teams and clients.
- •Requirements 1-5 years of Project Management or Payments Experience.
- •Experience in client facing, operational or a technical environment.
- •Organized and detail-oriented.
- •Clear communicator.
- •Curious and motivated to learn.
