- •As a Technical Support Engineering Intern, you'll work with cutting-edge, cloud-managed IoT technology, helping our enterprise clients with everything from troubleshooting to system design.
- •Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and Innovate: Solve complex network, hardware, and software issues for the Verkada platform Be an Expert: Provide customers with best practices for system design and integration Communicate with Impact: Clearly explain technical concepts to customers both verbally and in writing Own the Problem: Take charge of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring a successful resolution Team Up: Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs Requirements Available for a full-time (40 hours per week) in-person internship for Fall 2026 in San Mateo, CA A third or fourth-year student in a Bachelor's degree program from an accredited university, with a focus on a related technical field like Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity You have coursework experience with computer networking, Linux, and computer systems You're a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail You can clearly and confidently communicate complex technical information You thrive in a team environment
