- •Key Responsibilities Identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders within innovative organizations Engage prospective customers through thoughtful, strategic outreach via email, phone, and social channels Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales pipeline by understanding prospect needs and uncovering pain points Requirements Have 6+ months of SDR experience at a SaaS company with a highly technical product, cybersecurity experience is a plus Comfortable learning and speaking to technical concepts, and translating them into clear business value for prospects Skilled communicator
