TL;DR
Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals.
- •Kernel is building the AI-native alternative to Dun & Bradstreet, solving data accuracy issues in CRMs for enterprise AI.
- •We've raised a $14M Series A and our platform is used by companies like Gong and Canva.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Executives as the technical expert in late-stage deals.
- •Run and deliver high-quality Proofs of Concept (POCs) in a timely manner.
- •Own the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live.
- •Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel's tooling.
- •Act as a trusted advisor for your client portfolio.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role.
- •Technical fluency (APIs, Javascript) and understanding of data systems.
- •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving technical challenges creatively.
- •Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments.
