- •Kodiak Robotics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory and Logistics Specialist to manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- •This role is key to supporting material movement across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments, including purchase orders and vendor deliveries.
- •Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- •Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inbound or outbound materials.
- •Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- •Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics management role.
- •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- •Prior forklift experience strongly preferred.
- •Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
