AR Specialist (Full-Time)

Support patient-centered care by managing accounts receivable and resolving insurance denials.

• •This role supports patient-centered care by serving as a patient advocate throughout the account lifecycle.
• •Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve insurance denials using expertise in OB/GYN billing.
• •Navigate payer portals to monitor claim status and eligibility.
• •Manage outstanding accounts receivable using medical collection practices.
• •Ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping for billing activities.
• •Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or patient complaints.
• •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in medical claims collection.
• •Familiarity with aging reports, delinquent claims, EOBs, and other information sources.
• •Proficiency in Physician Billing Systems (PB), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Microsoft Office.
