Growth & GTM Engineer

Drive pipeline, demand, and conversion through experimentation and system-level rigor.

• •We are seeking a Growth & GTM Engineer to architect, scale, and own our go-to-market engine.
• •Key Responsibilities Build systems to generate demand and refine conversion.
• •Prototype and ship growth experiments.
• •Eliminate bottlenecks in GTM and sales processes.
• •Partner with product, marketing, and sales to reinforce experiments and systems.
• •Take ownership of high-leverage projects across the Growth & GTM stack.
• •Requirements Fluent with data and tooling such as SQL, APIs, enrichment, and automations.
• •Experience in modern GTM stacks like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Snowflake, etc.
• •Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• •Background in RevOps or SalesOps, especially automating SDR/AE workflows.
