- •As the Senior Product Manager II for Membership/Retention, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Brigit member experience in our mobile app.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android platforms Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features related to onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsell Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, frictionless, and lovable experiences for subscribers Partner with marketing and analytics teams to A/B test engagement and retention tactics Use data, research, and experimentation to identify key drivers of engagement and retention and develop solutions to optimize them Requirements 6+ years of product management experience Proven experience with B2C mobile products, preferably with a strong focus on customer journey optimization Strong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metrics Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics tools, and product KPIs Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
