• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Web and Mobile engineers Define and execute Blinq's platform strategy, ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and built for speed Drive adoption of an agentic engineering model
• •integrating AI tools and workflows that meaningfully increase developer leverage Requirements Experience leading and scaling a high-performing engineering organisation (~35 engineers) Strong technical background
