Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and operate premium purchasing and billing systems.
- •Rocket Money's mission is to meaningfully improve the financial prosperity of millions of people.
- •The Premium team owns everything related to converting users to Premium and keeping them successfully subscribed, building and operating the end-to-end purchasing and billing experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and ship Premium management features across Stripe, in-app purchases, and post-purchase lifecycle management.
- •Own projects end-to-end: problem definition, technical design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing reliability.
- •Partner closely with product, data, and operations teams to create safe, scalable, and pleasant systems.
- •Improve reliability and observability across critical workflows.
- •Requirements 7+ years of professional experience with Node.js/TypeScript, React, Postgres, and asynchronous queuing systems like SQS.
- •Highly autonomous and data-driven.
- •Effective in a large organization, building trust across teams.
- •Understand how observability impacts reliability.
