Lead and develop a team of data developers for video game production.
- •As Data Development Team Lead, you manage and grow a team of data developers supporting video game production and operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-project team of game data developers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational excellence, and clear growth objectives.
- •Plan, prioritize, and execute data development initiatives, balancing team capacity with evolving production and operational needs.
- •Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data infrastructure and pipelines that meet established quality and reliability standards.
- •Collaborate closely with leads, directors, and cross-functional partners (project managers, producers, programmers, and data teams) to ensure proper scoping, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.
- •Drive the evolution of data development standards, processes, and role expectations across the Data & Research group through strong project management and collaboration.
- •Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience working in data development.
- •Data quality is a top priority for you, and you fully understand its impact on the business.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey both creative and technical ideas.
- •Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work, while consistently meeting deadlines.
- •Solid understanding of video game production and the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the various professionals involved in the production process.
- •Leadership and team management experience (minimum 1 year)
