  • Hermeus is seeking a Flight Software Engineering Intern to support the design and implementation of mission systems for uncrewed high-speed aircraft.
  • You will work with the A-GRA (OMS/UCI) framework to develop interoperable systems and messaging architectures.
  • Key Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of systems using A-GRA (OMS/UCI) for uncrewed high-speed aircraft Assist in developing and integrating messaging systems that enable communication between mission subsystems Work with messaging standards, protocols, and APIs to support system interoperability Collaborate with engineering teams to test, validate, and refine mission system interfaces and integrations Requirements Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Entry level experience of C++, C, or other embedded programming languages.
  • Experience with working with hardware integrations and embedded computers (Raspberry PIs, arduinos, STM32s).
  • Strong understanding of engineering first principles Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams
